She went above and beyond to make sure that we had skips in the right place and I was very impressed with how quickly she got things organised for us.

Balfour Beatty asked a national Platform supplier at 9:07 for a 14 tonne Tele-handler for delivery by 10 am the next day.

The best they could do by 3:25 pm was a 5.5 tonne Tele-handler.

Balfour Beatty then called Nationwide Hire at 3:30pm. We presented them with two options in 25 minutes.

On behalf of our company I would just like to say what an absolutely fantastic service Nationwide Hire has provided so far and in particular Nathan Whitton.
Generally the whole team has been very polite, friendly and extremely helpful with an out-standing service provided to us. However Nathan we feel has bent over backwards to provide us with the help we need.
When dealing with Network Rail, we are requested to provide immediate updates etc when dealing with faults, and Nathan has kept us in the loop all the time when dealing with any works. He has returned calls when he said he would and even gone beyond and called to update when not even required, so going above and beyond.
So please accept this compliment to you all and the team
